Licensed and insured, our residential, commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning services provided by MaidInMinneapolis will not charge for cleaning supplies or bill extra for travel time. We are upfront and offer value to our customers. We will not waste your time and bid on a per job basis. Many companies will over bid and the customers often overpay because it simply takes them less time to complete the assignment than what they quoted your household. Routine Tasks Performed

Vacuum thoroughly.

Hand wash floors and clean baseboards.

Dust throughout entire home.

Clean entry way windows and doors.

Wash all doorknobs and light switches.

Make beds / change towels.

Thoroughly clean / shine / disinfect bathroom.

Thoroughly clean / shine/ disinfect kitchen.

Pick up and straighten throughout house.

Empty trash containers.

Sweep front and rear porch / patio.

Bedrooms
Remove cobwebs
All furniture dusted, (all items lifted)
Mirrors washed, cleaned and dried.
Window sills wiped.
Fingerprints washed from doorframes and switch plates.
Vacuum under the bed if accessible.
Trash emptied.
Lamp shades vacuumed.
Baseboards dusted.
Carpets vacuumed, floor dusted.
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.
Areas with more then five items will be dusted around.

 

Bathrooms
Remove cobwebs.
Fingerprints washed from all doorframes and switch plates.
Picture frames dusted.
Tub thoroughly cleaned.
Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining.
Sinks scrubbed and left shining.
Toilets scrubbed inside and out.
Vanity top cleaned. (all items lifted and replaced)
Mirrors washed, cleaned and dried.
Sills wiped down.
Trash emptied.
Baseboards dusted.
Vacuum and/or wash floor.
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.

 

Kitchen

Remove cobwebs.
Countertops, backsplash cleaned. (all items lifted and replaced)
Cabinet fronts spot washed.
Sinks scrubbed. (including behind sink)
Outside of oven, refrigerator cleaned. (inside upon request)
Microwave. (Inside And Out)
Sills wiped down.
Fingerprints washed from doorframes and switch plates.
Baseboards dusted.
Floor wet mopped.
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.
 

All Other Living Areas
All furniture dusted. (all items lifted and replaced)
Picture frames dusted.
Sills wiped down.
Cobwebs removed.
Couch and cushions straightened. (vacuumed if needed)
Newspapers, magazines and books straightened.
Hardwood or tile floors damp mopped.
Lamp shades vacuumed. (when needed)
Glass tables cleaned.

MaidInMinneapolis generally sends one housekeepers out to typical assignments. Larger assignments may require two housekeepers. We accept cash, check and/or credit card payments via paypal.
